When will my order be shipped?

We will always ship your order as soon as possible if the product is in stock. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Shipping method in Belgium: Standard delivery by bpost: € 5.70

Shipping method in the EU: We ship with bpost.

During the ordering process shipping costs are calculated based on the address you have provided.

Return policy

Cancel

Canceling an order is possible up to 3 days after the date of placing the order and before the order has been shipped.

Returns / cooling off period

With a consumer purchase you have a cooling off period of 14 days, starting on the day of delivery, to return the product without giving any reason.

The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging and after communication via e-mail with support@nplus1.cc. The package must reach us in good condition. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. If he wants an exchange, Maison Poulain will send the new product free of charge.

If you wish, Maison Poulain will refund the entire purchase price, if already paid, excluding the shipping costs charged.

All cancellations and exchanges must be made known to us in writing (via email: support@nplus1.cc). You must state your full name, account number (IBAN and BIC / Swift number) and order or invoice number.

PLEASE NOTE: the account number you provide for reimbursement must be the same as the account number with which you made the payment to Maison Poulain; any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 30 days.

We are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for the orderly packaging and sending of a return shipment!
