The RaceMax Italia project starts and ends at the 3T factory in Presezzo, from design to production. Inspired by our local roads and built to go fast everywhere.

The world’s first frame is made with Filament Winding + RTM for a higher-performance and beautiful finish.

100% MADE IN ITALY PRODUCTION

The bike is produced to order, choose the color of your frame and one of the combinations of components that you pre-press.

What about colors available? As full scale production begins we‘ll have 3 options available in the RaceMax Italia frame: Rosso, Verde and Blu.

The best gravel frames would be incomplete without the best components. All our Made in Italy builds come complete with the Discus C45|40 carbon wheels, our Superghiaia or Aeroghiaia carbon bars, Selle San Marco Shortfit 3D printed saddles and the best drivetrains on the market for gravel. And of course Campagnolo‘s Ekar groupset.

3T TORNO LTD: Four years before our first Italian frame, we decided to bring the production of our high-end carbon parts back to Italy. Raw carbon fibre and resins come in, and after a series of proprietary technologies and a lot of craftsmanship, the world’s most beautiful cranks (if we may say so ourselves) ship out to you.

Thanks to this in-house manufacturing, the Torno is the world’s lightest aero crank despite also being the thinnest and having the lowest Q-factor. That simply would not be possible anywhere else.

3T DISCUS 45|40 WHEELS W/ CARBON-TI X-HUB: The Discus 45 | 40 is the first aero wheel designed for 35-40mm tires. To make aero wheels work with such a wide tire, the rim needs to be wider too. After testing two dozen prototype wheels in the tunnel, the Discus 45 | 40 LTD was born.

45mm deep for good aerodynamics without excessive cross-wind vulnerability. 40mm wide to transition the airflow from the tire to the rim. The result is a speed never seen before on gravel roads.

SELLE SAN MARCO SHORTFIT 3D CARBON FX: The most iconic model in Selle San Marco’s range features a new 3D cover printed in Italy with a customised, exclusive pattern. The saddle, developed with Carbon DLSTM technology, features differentiated cushioning zones that provide progressive cushioning over the entire surface area.

This guarantees the rider comfort and support while pedalling. All other features of the saddle remain unchanged, such as the waved shape, the short length and the central hole for pressure relief in the perineal area.

THE BEST DRIVETRAINS:

CAMPAGNOLO EKAR Ekar‘s unique gravel-specific 1x13 drivetrain offers a wide range of gears with the smallest possible steps. For most riders, we recommend a 38T or 40T chainring and the 9-42T cassette but of course you can always change your gearing along the way.

3T SUPERGHIAIA OR AEROGHIAIA: AEROGHIAIA GRAVEL RACING DROPBAR Designed for gravel racing and fast all-road riding, the Aeroghiaia combines speed, control and comfort.
