Signature Winter Hardshell Jacket - Forest Biome
Made of breathable Pertex® Shield material with a 3L triple-layer membrane with a water column of 20,000 mm and fully taped seams.
Treated with Fluorine-free DWR treatment, which increases the material’s ability to repel water and dirt.
Thanks to the improved elasticity in four directions, the jacket fits well, is comfortable and does not take in unnecessary air in windy conditions.
The inner collar is made of combed fabric for increased thermal comfort.
Complete with a rubberized hem around the entire waist and two large zipped back pockets and vents on the side panels, which can also be used as an access to the rear jersey pockets under the jacket.
The sleeves have an adjustable lower Velcro cuff that you can adjust depending on whether you’re wearing the gloves under or on your jacket.
Visibility is enhanced by 3M™ reflective logos characterized by high luminosity.

We ship anywhere in the world.
Every order placed before 1:00pm CET will be shipped the same day.
You can track the progress on all your orders at any time, simply by loging in to your customer account, visiting Orders section, selecting respective order and clicking on a tracking link provided.
All orders within EU are shipped with standard courier service. On Orders received outside EU ( Switzerland, Norway, U.S., Asia etc.) we can ship only with Express delivery service.
Customs fees and duties are not included in the prices of our products or the shipping fees. Customs may be assessed when you receive your package, and you are responsible for paying them. Unfortunately we can’t give you an estimate as the fees vary for every country, order, and shipper. Please note that the customs fees and duties aren’t refundable – sorry!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is our aim to make you a happy customer of Isadore Apparel and we want you to try on our cycling apparel freely without the stress about choosing the right size.
We will rather have you riding our cycling clothing than letting it sit in your wardrobe. So please, take advantage of our free exchanges when needed and our very generous return policy. You can always buy a range of sizes and send back the ones that don't fit for a full refund.
We'll pay for all return standard shipping costs inside EU and worldwide as well. Naturally, we will refund you for the items you will send back with the same payment method as you have used placing your order, as soon as they reach our office.

RETURN POLICY
In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the size doesn’t fit you perfectly or you just changed your mind, you have the right to whitdraw from your order within 45 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good) without giving any reason.
45 DAYS = FULL REFUND
Your right for a refund is recognized up to 45 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good), we’ll issue your refund to whatever payment method you used.
REFUND POLICY
Once the returned items reach us, we will process it as soon as possible. You will be notified via email about your refund status. The refunded money is taken from our account immediately but it may take a few days for it show up on your credit card account. Each credit card company handles refunds differently so we can not give precise times on when you will get your money back. We will always refund your order using the same payment method as you have used placing the order. Your right for a refund is recognized for up to 45 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good).
CANCELATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order within 45 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good) without giving any reason. You can cancel your order at any time. However, once your order has been shipped you have to ship it back to Isadore Apparel office address at our cost. Once the canceled order will arrive at our office we will proceed with the refund of your canceled order. You are only liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.
