Top cap Kepka weighs 3,3 grams.
To produce Kepka, we use the moulding method as we do for our other products. Moulding with different layers of carbon fibre prepreg, unlike CNC-milling, increases top cap stiffness and durability.
Kepka has glass-fibre layers on the bottom. It protects the aluminium stems from galvanic corrosion, which can occur when carbon meets the aluminium. We don’t recommend using aluminium screws for carbon parts. Ti Gr5 titanium screws are included.
Our slogan is moulded on the top as a reminder that we are all #bjorntoride
Recommended torque is 2-4 N*m
