More than eighty kilometers from Roubaix, a Mapei-GB quartet blows away all opposition. The Italians Ballerini - last year's winner -, Bortolami and Tafi fly over the cobblestones. Johan Museeuw is also on board, the race seems to have already been completed: a Mapei rider wins Paris-Roubaix. But which one?
Ballerini punctures a second time and has to let his mates go. Museeuw and co do not wait. The nervousness is gradually reaching boiling point. Museeuw imposes his will on his Italian companions, but less than ten kilometers from the finish, the Belgian rider has a second puncture. So is this the chance for Bortolami and Tafi? No, the Italians are waiting for their leader.
Then Patrick Lefevere gets a phonecall from Italy in the team car. Giorgio Squinzi - big boss at Mapei - is on the line. The Italian has been married for 28 years that day and it would be a dream gift if the three Mapei riders were to ride together to the track and sprint for victory. However, Lefevere has other plans: the trio will indeed ride together to Roubaix, but they must finish in this order: 1. Museeuw, 2. Bortolami and 3. Tafi.
And so it happens. Six hands go up in the air, Museeuw wins. One, two, three, never seen. The Lion of Flanders adds the Hell Classic to his palmares for the first time. The first of eventually three cobblestones.

At Çois Cycling Legacy we design and produce quality apparel for you to enjoy and love, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your items within 14 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund.
The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging and after letting us know via hello@coiscycling.com
We'll take care of it and answer you as soon as possible. We provide you with the correct data and address for the return.
The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. If you want an exchange, we will send the new product free of charge.
Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition, you received it. Goods must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and in the original packaging.
Refunds If you wish, we will refund the entire purchase price, excluding the shipping costs charged.
Exchanges Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of return.
We are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for the packaging and sending of a return shipment!
