Delivery time approx. 1-3 working days to most countries in the European Union.
The delivery time outside the EU depends heavily on the customs in the recipient country. Accordingly, it may take up to four weeks until the shipment arrives.

We ship climate-neutral with DHL GO GREEN,
All goods are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. For deliveries outside the EU additional customs charges may therefore apply, which are beyond our control.
Returns:
You can return your ordered items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund.
Returned items must be in their original packaging with all spare parts. All items must be unused and in resalable condition.
According to the cancellation policy, we do not issue return labels.
