FREE EXCHANGES

Making an exchange with us is very simple, you have 30 working days from receipt of order.

ONLINE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN

If you are interested in exchanging one product for another, please follow the steps below:

Send us an email to izoardstudios@gmail.com indicating the product you want to exchange and the product you wish to receive in exchange. Prepare the package: you can use the original package or any box that protects the order. We will send a courier to collect the unwanted item and deliver the new order. If you need further assistance, please email: izoardstudios@gmail.com

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE EXCHANGES

Returns by post are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. We, therefore, recommend using a trackable service. The item must be in its original packaging.

Send us an email to izoardstudios@gmail.com indicating the product you wish to exchange and the product you wish to receive in exchange.

Please remember to write Att: RETURN & REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure fast transit through customs. Omitting this information may result in a delay in the return and, in the worst case, the customs office will return the package to your address.

RETURNS

For returns (the process is very similar) you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product.

In case your order does not exceed the minimum established for free shipping after the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN

Return the item online in 3 easy steps:

1. Send us an email to izoardstudios@gmail.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.

2. Prepare the package, you can use the original shipping box or any safety box.

3. We will send a courier service to collect the unwanted item.

The refund will be issued automatically, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days of processing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURNS

For international orders, please send the package by any courier service at your own expense to our facilities. Returns by courier are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. We therefore recommend using a tracked service. We recommend that the item is returned in its original packaging.

Please remember to write Att: RETURN & REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure speedy transit through customs. Failure to include this information may result in a delay in the return and, in the worst-case scenario, the customs office will return the package to your address.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused and with all original brand labels still attached. If you cancel or return one or more items, a full refund will be issued. Once we have inspected the returned items, we will issue the refund (excluding shipping costs). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.
