It’s undoubtedly gratifying to see the result of any process that entails such commitment. Just like winemakers pick their finest grapes, we have selected some of the best Italian fabrics to create our Gran Reserva Bib Shorts in a beautiful, rich, dark red wine colour. Equally, to ensure the highest-quality garment, we have taken a leaf out of their book and designed with care, patience and meticulous production techniques.
After studying how the body moves on the bike, we have engineered our bib shorts with optimal compression properties which help stabilise, compress and support the leg muscles, increasing blood flow in high-speed cycling.
A high-density, friction-fighting Dolomiti chamois protects you during long rides and keeps your nether regions free from bacteria, because as well as looking cool on your bike, it’s essential you feel comfortable on the saddle. Our bib shorts help alleviate pressure so you can tackle those long rides.
Our 7cm leg bands are strategically designed to adjust to your leg and stay in place throughout the cycle. The straps are made of a high-density material with exceptional elasticity and superb elongation recovery. Our bib shorts cling to your body comfortably, while allowing fantastic freedom of movement in each leg. With 210 g/m2 density, the high-tech fabric we use on our bib shorts ensures optimal stretch and recovery, shape retention, maximum opacity, UV protection (50+), fantastic resistance to pilling and abrasion and excellent comfort.

A confirmation notification will be sent out once your order has been dispatched.
In case of your product not being delivered: our carrier’s policy is that a parcel isn’t officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it. If you still haven’t received it 28 days after your original order please contact our Customer Service team.
We only work with the main international delivery services companies worldwide.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is 1-2 days within Europe.
Delivery time is 3-4 days for international orders outside of Europe.
Orders are processed as soon as possible and dispatched on business days, Monday-Friday.
Exceptionally, delivery time may exceed the normal deadline. This might be due to remote location, external logistic issues, even weather or local conflicts. In any case, ONCEUPON is not responsible for late delivery.
SHIPPING COST
We offer worldwide shipping and FREE Express Shipping for orders over 200 euros within Europe and over 300 euros for the rest of the world.
Final Shipping cost will be shown during the purchase process before placing your order.
We are not responsible for any local import taxes or customs duties.
Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties. Orders delivered outside of the EU will have payable taxes and duties. If in doubt, please check with your local customs office for more information.
Orders from outside of the EU, including the UK and Northern Ireland will have local duties or taxes payable. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.
** Returns**
We are very proud of our apparel. Every single piece of our collection is born from emotions that we feel on and off the bike. Inspiration together with the constant search for optimal performance becomes ONCEUPON A RIDE... apparel.
However, we understand you may not be completely satisfied with the product purchased on our website or chose not your perfect fit size.
If you would like an exchange or refund of your purchase, you can do it provided it is within 30 calendar days of the date on your receipt and the item is as new and in its original packaging, clean, unworn, and with the tags. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in saleable condition.

SOMETHING WAS WRONG
Even all our apparel is carefully designed and manufactured, errors may occur. If you find a faulty item, please send it to us to the address below and include the form with the faults found by you.
Choose your preferred courier service. If you’re returning from outside the European Union, a Customs Declaration Form is needed. Please check with the courier company. Provide the same description and value (in Euros) that we included on your original order.
Upon receipt of your package, we will check the content and the faulty items and we will proceed to repair them, replace them by new ones or refund you the money.
In case of refund for the returned items the return shipping cost will be deducted. This will take us from 7 to 14 working days.
Please note items damaged through general wear and tear are not considered as faulty.

Crash replacement
There´s nothing like an extraordinary ride and the later reward. Either a solo ride or with your cycling mates.
However, accidents may happen and in best cases only our kit gets damaged. If this (nobody wants that) is your case, please send us your damaged kit and we will send you a 30% discount code on your replacement kit.
