Featuring 3D high density multilayer chamois with micro-perforations for excellent breathability, the new EVO Bibs reach the optimal balance between performance and comfort in all situations.
Engineered to understand the body’s response to muscle demand on every pedal stroke. Each panel is ergonomically built to adjust perfectly to your legs and core for the maximum support and efficiency. Made of Italian 44-gauge high-tech fabric with optimal stretch and high resistance to pilling and abrasion.
The composition of the main fabric including 20% EA and 80% PA and the elasticity of its fibers, ensure the right compression and protection when needed. The EVO Bib Shorts incorporate seamless high quality brace straps with excellent durability, stretch and recovery properties. The new white brand logos are made with an innovative material, applied on both legs and lower back for higher visibility.
The upper panel on the back is constructed using a lightweight mesh for extra breathability on your longer training days or race events. Always in place thanks to the 7cm elastic leg band and a shape retention contour fit, the new EVO Bib Shorts are designed to elevate your ride to the next level.

All items are shipped directly from Spain HQ.
A confirmation notification will be sent out once your order has been dispatched.
In case of your product not being delivered: our carrier’s policy is that a parcel isn’t officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it. If you still haven’t received it 28 days after your original order please contact our Customer Service team.
We only work with the main international delivery services companies worldwide.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is 1-2 days within Europe.
Delivery time is 3-4 days for international orders outside of Europe.
Orders are processed as soon as possible and dispatched on business days, Monday-Friday.
Exceptionally, delivery time may exceed the normal deadline. This might be due to remote location, external logistic issues, even weather or local conflicts. In any case, ONCEUPON is not responsible for late delivery.
SHIPPING COST
We offer worldwide shipping and FREE Express Shipping for orders over 200 euros within Europe and over 300 euros for the rest of the world.
Final Shipping cost will be shown during the purchase process before placing your order.
We are not responsible for any local import taxes or customs duties.
Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties. Orders delivered outside of the EU will have payable taxes and duties. If in doubt, please check with your local customs office for more information.
Orders from outside of the EU, including the UK and Northern Ireland will have local duties or taxes payable. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.
** Returns**
We are very proud of our apparel. Every single piece of our collection is born from emotions that we feel on and off the bike. Inspiration together with the constant search for optimal performance becomes ONCEUPON A RIDE... apparel.
However, we understand you may not be completely satisfied with the product purchased on our website or chose not your perfect fit size.
If you would like an exchange or refund of your purchase, you can do it provided it is within 30 calendar days of the date on your receipt and the item is as new and in its original packaging, clean, unworn, and with the tags. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in saleable condition.

The cost to ship the item(s) back to us will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES

SOMETHING WAS WRONG
Even all our apparel is carefully designed and manufactured, errors may occur. If you find a faulty item, please send it to us to the address below and include the form with the faults found by you.
Choose your preferred courier service. If you’re returning from outside the European Union, a Customs Declaration Form is needed. Please check with the courier company. Provide the same description and value (in Euros) that we included on your original order.
Upon receipt of your package, we will check the content and the faulty items and we will proceed to repair them, replace them by new ones or refund you the money.
In case of refund for the returned items the return shipping cost will be deducted. This will take us from 7 to 14 working days.
Please note items damaged through general wear and tear are not considered as faulty.

Crash replacement
There´s nothing like an extraordinary ride and the later reward. Either a solo ride or with your cycling mates.
However, accidents may happen and in best cases only our kit gets damaged. If this (nobody wants that) is your case, please send us your damaged kit and we will send you a 30% discount code on your replacement kit.
