We engineered a wind/+/waterproof master piece made of two last generation ultra light techno fabrics acting as only one. It features a double way Vislon® zipper to facilitate your access to your Jersey rear pockets. As you feel warm and there is no need to wear it, our SEA MIST Rain Gilet can be easily stowed in your rear pockets.

Our SEA MIST Rain Gilet is made of two revolutionary fabrics. The external fabric is ultra thin and extremely lightweight by Carvico® with only 155 gr/m2. Featuring a dry and dynamic hand feel, this fabric is highly UV protective (UPF 50+), resistant to chlorine, pilling and sand. But also breathable and fast drying. The internal fabric draws a unique extra light honeycomb layout membrane resistant to external agents and wind+waterproof.

The combination of both fabrics results in an essential garment in your winter rides with exceptional technical properties. Up to a water column of >8000mm (8mt), our Sea Mist Rain Gilet is created to protect you from occasional showers, but also from heavy wind. We incorporated mesh fabrics in the back of the Jersey and in the interior side of the collar for a soft breathable sensation.

GENERAL INFO

All items are shipped directly from Spain HQ.

A confirmation notification will be sent out once your order has been dispatched.

In case of your product not being delivered: our carrier’s policy is that a parcel isn’t officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it. If you still haven’t received it 28 days after your original order please contact our Customer Service team.

We only work with the main international delivery services companies worldwide.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is 1-2 days within Europe.

Delivery time is 3-4 days for international orders outside of Europe.

Orders are processed as soon as possible and dispatched on business days, Monday-Friday.

Exceptionally, delivery time may exceed the normal deadline. This might be due to remote location, external logistic issues, even weather or local conflicts. In any case, ONCEUPON is not responsible for late delivery.

SHIPPING COST

We offer worldwide shipping and FREE Express Shipping for orders over 200 euros within Europe and over 300 euros for the rest of the world.

Final Shipping cost will be shown during the purchase process before placing your order.

We are not responsible for any local import taxes or customs duties.

Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties. Orders delivered outside of the EU will have payable taxes and duties. If in doubt, please check with your local customs office for more information.

Orders from outside of the EU, including the UK and Northern Ireland will have local duties or taxes payable. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.

** Returns**

We are very proud of our apparel. Every single piece of our collection is born from emotions that we feel on and off the bike. Inspiration together with the constant search for optimal performance becomes ONCEUPON A RIDE... apparel.

However, we understand you may not be completely satisfied with the product purchased on our website or chose not your perfect fit size.

If you would like an exchange or refund of your purchase, you can do it provided it is within 30 calendar days of the date on your receipt and the item is as new and in its original packaging, clean, unworn, and with the tags. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in saleable condition.

The cost to ship the item(s) back to us will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

Upon receipt of your package, we will check the content and if everything is in perfect conditions as originally sent to you we will proceed to send you the desired exchange items.

SOMETHING WAS WRONG

Even all our apparel is carefully designed and manufactured, errors may occur. If you find a faulty item, please send it to us to the address below and include the form with the faults found by you.

Choose your preferred courier service. If you’re returning from outside the European Union, a Customs Declaration Form is needed. Please check with the courier company. Provide the same description and value (in Euros) that we included on your original order.

Upon receipt of your package, we will check the content and the faulty items and we will proceed to repair them, replace them by new ones or refund you the money.

In case of refund for the returned items the return shipping cost will be deducted. This will take us from 7 to 14 working days.

Please note items damaged through general wear and tear are not considered as faulty.

Crash replacement

There´s nothing like an extraordinary ride and the later reward. Either a solo ride or with your cycling mates.

However, accidents may happen and in best cases only our kit gets damaged. If this (nobody wants that) is your case, please send us your damaged kit and we will send you a 30% discount code on your replacement kit.
