All international packages are shipped on an Express Service (EMS). A signature may be required on delivery. If a delivery has been unsuccessful please check with your local post office and quote your tracking number as the reference.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or Australian public holidays.
International packages that are caught in a suspended service (a situation where an international service is operating and then temporarily on hold) is not subject to a refund or cancellation. To qualify for a full refund the package must be returned to us first.
Australia orders are shipped within one day of order confirmation if they are a stock item. Most products are made to order and are subject to a production lead time:

Please understand that shipping times are only a guide issued by our trusted shipping carriers. Once we hand the package over to them we have little control over how they deliver it.
Returns, Exchange and Cancelations
Can I return or exchange my skingrowsback product?
If you are the original owner and can provide proof of purchase then yes, providing the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been used and is returned or exchanged with it’s original packaging.
- The item is fit for resale. This means you would be prepared to buy something in this condition with a brand-new one sitting next to it.
- There are no marks, stains, scratches, dents, chips, odours, tears or fading on the item.
- You have contacted us to apply for a returns/exchange code.
- To apply for a returns/exchange code please contact firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the issue, a couple of photos can speed up the process.
Once we are satisfied with the claim we will issue you with a returns/exchange code which must be included with your proof of purchase upon return. If you return an item without a returns/exchange code we will not issue a refund or exchange the item (please do not return items without contacting us first). Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the returns/exchange code being issued. You are responsible for all shipping costs and taxes, skingrowsback will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

Please ensure the item is adequately packaged when returning it. We recommend you use a box. Try and pack out any excess space to prevent the item from moving around in transit. Please avoid using a postage satchel unless the item is in a box first.
Once we receive the item and are satisfied that the item is fit for resale a refund will then be issued to the same credit card that the original purchase was made. All refund fees charged to a credit card are to be covered by the original purchaser. Returns are processed on the same day, however, allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear and a further two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. Funds being returned within Australia are usually done via EFT.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet all of our return policy requirements.
All sales are final after 30 days unless there is a warranty issue.
You may only return or exchange a stock item
This does not include a custom colour selection. Please check out the colours page before creating a custom product. No refunds will be issued for a custom colour item/s.
Sale or clearance items
You can not return or exchange a sale or clearance item/s. Please choose carefully before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES
Can I cancel my order?
You are welcome to cancel your order up to the point of dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched you can still cancel the order but you must cover the cost of return shipping to us.
Custom orders however can not be cancelled once the order has been placed.
My order is taking too long to be delivered, can I get a refund?
Orders are produced and fulfilled as swiftly as possible. Once they are handed over to our freight carrier it is up to them to deliver in a timely fashion. Delays may occur if there is a natural disaster, state of emergency, war, industrial strike or global pandemic, or lack of international air travel. SKIN GROWS BACK is not responsible for any delays to delivery based on the above circumstances.
The correct course of action is as follows:
To lodge a case with the freight carrier.
Confirm the location of the package.
If the item is no longer required have it returned to us.
The return and exchange criteria must be met before a refund can be issued.
SKIN GROWS BACK will only refund an order if it is considered lost by Australia Post. A refund will be paid back to the customer once the item has been inspected for damage or signs of use.
