Shipping Policy

All orders from Velosock will be shipped out from the EU, Latvia. Before ordering, check out your country's customs duty tax policy.

Velosock cannot be held responsible for any additional import charges payable on the delivery of your order.

The amount of customs duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges not included in the total price displayed at checkout. Courier companies may calculate additional brokerage fees for handling customs-related procedures.

Please note: the day your order is shipped out of our fulfilment centre, does not count as the 1st business day of the actual shipping timeline.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Packstations, APO and FPO military addresses.

We make a point to ship your product out as soon as possible. We work with trusted 3rd party delivery services, whose capacity is independent of our own service, meaning their delivery actions and methods are under their own regulations.

When the postal system experiences high volumes of deliveries, such as during the holidays, you may experience delays in receiving your order. Velosock cannot be held responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself.

If Velosock accidentally sent you an incorrect product or order is lost on the way to you, Velosock takes full responsibility and will ship out your order again as soon as possible! Please make sure to double-check the provided information to Velosock. Velosock accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Velosock holds the right to charge additional charges in the case of changing delivery address if the order has already been shipped out.

In the event of refusing to accept your order or if the courier company fails to deliver your order due to being unable to reach you and your order is returned back to our warehouse in Riga, Latvia (EU), Velosock reserves the right to ask the customer to cover return shipping expenses for the amount equal to that determined by the respective courier company.

Return policy

We offer two return options for our customers within the EU.

14-DAY RETURN NOTIFICATION TO APPLY FOR FREE RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with the Product you purchased from Velosock for any reason, we offer Free Returns option for our customers (within the EU) if the order return is notified to our Support Team within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

To initiate 14-day Free Returns procedure:

  1. Please contact our Support Team at support@nplus1.cc to request the Return Label.
  2. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us.
  3. Once the Return Label is created, it will be forwarded to your e-mail address along with all the required documents.
  4. The Return Label and the documents will need to be printed out and attached to the return package.
  5. Once you receive the Return Label, please contact your local FedEx facility to arrange the pickup of the return shipment at the day and time most convenient for you.
  6. Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
  7. All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We hope to leave you as pleased as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day Return Policy. Just get in touch with us at support@nplus1.cc to let us know what you're unhappy with. We'll see what we can do to help. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. To request an RMA, write us at support@nplus1.cc
  2. Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
  3. All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.
  4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless Velosock determines that.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange the Product you purchased, you can send back the unwanted Product for a refund and place a new order to purchase the product of your choice.

If you return the Product to Velosock without an RMA request or without all parts included in the original packaging, Velosock retains the right to either refuse the return that does not comply with the above conditions or refuse a refund.

Please ensure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. We advise that you return your item with tracked courier service and mention your order number on the return package.

A refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within two (2) weeks after receiving your return and once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check.

FITTING WITH CARE

When fitting your new Full Bike Cover for the first time, please make sure not to stain it. Please take extra care and fit the Full Bike Cover on a clean bike and cover all the spots where oil (or any other dirt) can be transferred to the surface of the fabric (inside or outside).

If you decide you wish to return the Full Bike Cover, please note that we are unable to accept items with clear signs of use (oil marks, stains, etc.). In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them.
