Hydro helps you to stay hydrated all day long. Hydro contains just 1 gram of sugar compared to leading energy drinks which may contain up to 32 grams of sugar per serving. Combined with premium electrolytes, Hydro contains an ingredient called Alltamine®.
This powerful ingredient promotes increased absorption of water into the cells helping to improve muscle recovery and energy. Hydro targets muscle cramping and can be taken any time during the day or whenever you need to rehydrate and recharge

Shipping policy
Place your order by 2 pm (GMT) and your products will be shipped the same day, using UPS or DHL.
Please allow 48 hours for delivery in the UK and 72 hours for other parts of Europe.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed
Shipping costs are calculated on the final price paid (after any discount is applied) - depending on your location.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER:
We deliver to Europe and the United Kingdom.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will contain an estimated delivery date.
Your order will be sent via courier it will need to be signed for – normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm
WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from the local courier’s depot or request another delivery date.
Return Policy
For courier or post returns, please ensure you complete and enclose the returns slip with the items you are returning. A daytime telephone number and email address is required in case we need to contact you about the return.
If you do not have a returns slip, please email support@nplus1.cc and this will be emailed to you.
Please make sure to include your order number on your returns slip – we cannot process your refund without it.
If you do not have a returns slip and are unable to download or print one, please include a letter with your return containing the following information:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to five days to process your return. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received, so returns sent by Recorded Delivery may reach us more quickly but do not progress more quickly through the process.
You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
