We all enjoy getting a few drinks after a long ride or a stunning hike. But we want to enjoy the same juice also during or before a fulfilling a. What's the risk? Keeping sharp for a needy day outdoor. That's why the idea of a fresh, outdoorsy, juicy beer popped into our mind, without compromising in taste or attitude.
Delivery times
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday after receipt. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and vary depending on the destination.
Items that have not yet been published or are temporarily unavailable will be noted and delivered on the publication or delivery date.
In the event of delivery delays, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible, stating the expected delivery date (if possible).
Partial deliveries
When ordering several items, please note that simultaneous delivery cannot be guaranteed. The item that can be delivered immediately will be sent to you as soon as we receive your order. The outstanding items will be sent to you postage paid with a second delivery. Any shipping costs will only be charged to you once.
Return of goods
Please note that we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of Zeer Brewing items that have been shipped.
Damaged shipments
In the event of manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries, we will exchange the item in question. Please contact us immediately at: support@nplus1.cc and always quote the order number and reason. For traceability purposes, we also ask that you photograph the busy shipment immediately and send us these pictures.
Value Added Tax & Customs Duties
For deliveries within Switzerland, the price shown includes the statutory value-added tax.
For deliveries to other countries, the price shown is the selling price excluding VAT. No VAT will be deducted.
Customs duties
The customer is responsible for handling any customs formalities and associated fees.
